A character gets transformed into a hyper-sexual “bimbo” look and mindset, usually with huge tits and ass, blown-out lips, heavy makeup, and a wardrobe that barely counts as clothing. The change often comes with dumbed-down, ditzy speech and an obsessive need to tease, suck dick, and get fucked, with lots of before/after panels highlighting the makeover. You’ll also see common triggers like hypnosis, magic, drugs, or surgery pushing them into a permanently slutty, brain-melted mode.
