A familiar character shows up as a gender-swapped version of themselves, usually keeping the same costume, colors, and signature traits while swapping anatomy. A lot of posts lean into the novelty by putting the new body in explicit situations, like a formerly male character getting railed or a formerly female character sporting a dick and fucking someone. It often plays up “same personality, different parts” for the kink factor and the reveal.
