Mascara smears and streaks down a character’s face, usually from tears, sweat, or getting fucked hard enough to ruin their makeup. It gives the scene a messy, emotional look that can read as sobbing, overwhelmed pleasure, or humiliating degradation, with black tracks across cheeks and under the eyes. In adult panels it often pairs with dripping spit, smeared lipstick, and a wrecked “used” vibe right after the climax.
