Characters get restrained with metal cuffs on their wrists and/or ankles, often linked by chains to a bed, wall, or ceiling hook. The setup leans hard into dominance and helplessness, with someone getting used, teased, or fucked while they can’t pull free. You will usually see close-ups of the hardware biting into skin, rattling chains, and the captive’s body being spread open for whatever comes next.
