A character’s belly visibly bulges and warps from something pushing around inside, usually from deep fucking where the dick’s outline shows through the stomach. The art tends to exaggerate the swelling and shifting lump for a “stuffed” look, sometimes with hands pressing the bulge or the partner watching it move.
