Characters are drawn with deliberately unattractive features like lumpy bodies, bad skin, crooked teeth, or exaggerated facial proportions, and the art leans into it instead of trying to soften them up. A lot of scenes use that look for contrast or kink, pairing “gross” design with raw fucking, humiliation, or a hot partner acting desperate anyway. Sometimes it also overlaps with crude, mean-spirited comedy where the sex is played as degrading rather than romantic.
