Someone throws up on-panel, usually shown as a gush or stream coming out of the mouth, sometimes with splatter on the floor, clothes, or another person. It often pops up as an extreme reaction to stress, disgust, hangovers, or getting pushed too hard during sex, like deepthroating until they puke.
